Jay Law, P.C. (“we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through jaylaw.co, how we use it, and the choices you have.
We don’t sell your personal information, and we don’t share it for advertising.
We share information only with service providers who help us operate. These include website hosting, email, scheduling, and our technology partner, Jay OS, Inc., which provides technology and administrative services to the firm. Each may use the information only to provide those services to us. We may also disclose information when the law or a court order requires it, or to protect our rights.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards. No website or email system is completely secure, so please don’t send confidential details about a legal matter until you are a client (see our Legal Disclaimer).
We keep inquiry information as long as we need it for the purposes above, including conflict checks and our professional record-keeping obligations.
To review, correct, or delete the personal information you’ve sent us, email info@jaylaw.co. We’ll respond within a reasonable time, subject to any records we’re required to keep.
Our site does not currently respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals. We don’t use cookies or allow third parties to track visitors across other sites.
This site isn’t directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.
If we change this policy, we’ll post the updated version here and change the effective date above.
